The 13th Annual Edition of Artfest Kingston, the region's premier outdoor arts festival, will be held June 29-July 1, 2024 in beautiful City Park near downtown Kingston. Each year, we plan exceptional interactive art experiences for all and have attracted tens of thousands of art lovers to our free event. Our event showcases 150+ artists exhibiting hand-made paintings, pottery, woodcraft, glass art, metal arts, jewellery, clothing, gourmet food, body care products, candles and more! The live component of Artfest features music and theatrical performances, poetry readings and immersive art experiences for all ages. Booth Fees
Fees to exhibit for the 3-day run of the festival:
(10x10) - $425 + $55.25 HST = $480.25
(10x15) - $645 + $83.85 HST = $728.85
(10x20) - $850 = $110.50 HST = $960.50
Notes: Fees for electricity are additional. Sorry, we do not offer Exhibitors individual day rates - full festival only.
Food Trucks - $595 + $77.35 HST = $672.35

A $100 (plus HST) deposit is required when you submit your application.
Successful applicants will be notified by email following the adjudication process. A secure payment processing link will be included in that email. You are required to submit the balance of your show fee by April 1, 2024 to secure your exhibit space. Please pay promptly or your exhibit space will be re-assigned. You may pay by PayPal through our link on this page. To pay via Interac Transfer (etransfer) or via money order, please contact us artfestkingston@gmail.com. Applications not accepted will be notified and have the deposit returned.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Submitting an Artfest Show application form confirms and acknowledges that you, the Exhibitor, have read and agree to the following:
The Exhibitor has read and is willing to accept the conditions of purchase for the booth space as outlined in this Application.
EXHIBITOR’S RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, EVENT AGREEMENT AND INDEMNITY. Artfest Kingston and its affiliates will have the right to terminate this agreement without notice if, in our opinion, the exhibitor breaches this contract in any way. If the exhibitor causes harm, property damage, is found to be objectionable to other vendors, or the public, or exhibits material not covered by this contract.The exhibitor agrees that to exhibit is entirely at his or her own risk, including theft, personal injury, property damage, lack of anticipated sales or inventory damage due to weather or any other cause. Artfest is not responsible or liable if an event is cancelled for reasons beyond its control including, but not limited to extreme weather, terrorist threats, pandemic closures, evacuation, acts of God: earthquake, flooding, tornado, hurricane etc.Event Liability Insurance is required for $2,000,000 naming Art Experiences Co. Inc./Artfest Kingston as Additionally insured. Your insurance provider will require an address for The Art Experiences Co./Artfest Kingston (PO Box 44031, Kingston RPO Barriefield, ON K7L 0B4 and the address of City Park (79 Barrie St, Kingston, ON K7L 3J8).
Neither Artfest Kingston, nor its affiliates are liable or responsible for any additional expenditures of the Vendor to attend the event, operate at the event nor is it responsible for guarantees of sales revenue for the Exhibitor.
By accepting participation in Artfest Kingston, the Exhibitor agrees to accept the space assigned to the Exhibitor. Refusal of space assigned by the Exhibitor will not be considered as an eligible reason for a fee refund outside of the provisions of the 'Cancellation Policy" listed below.
No exhibitor shall pack up before the official closing of the show, without prior permission from the show producer Neil Shorthouse. Artfest reserves the right to publicize and advertise at our discretion. We reserve the right to use any photographs or part of images or video sent to us or taken during the event of you, your products, your staff for the purposes of any Artfest promotion in any media in the future including the Artfest website, TV, radio or print or internet. We reserve the right to use any photographs that you submit for promotion. Artfest Kingston, and Artfest Ontario are not responsible for errors or omissions in any published material in print or digital formats, radio or television media.
Artfest Kingston is a juried art festival. If you are not selected to exhibit at the event, a full deposit refund will be issued. If your application is approved for the show, you will be required to pay the balance of the show fee within fourteen (14) days of being invoiced by Artfest Kingston.
For Exhibitors who have been accepted, refunds are available up until 5:00pmEST on May 31, 2024, less $50 +HST (total $56.50CDN) cancellation processing fee. After that date/time refunds are not available and all fees collected by Artfest Kingston show management will be retained by the Art Experiences Co./Artfest Kingston with no obligation for any further compensation or credit for future events, if any occur.
In the case where show management must cancel the event due to reasons beyond its control such as disasters of any kind, acts of God, Governmental decree, fire or other calamity, by any natural disaster, public enemy, strikes, statutes, ordinances of any legal authority, pandemics, or any cause beyond its control, Artfest Show Credits may be available on a case by case protocol. Artfest is not liable or responsible for any additional expenditures beyond the booth fees or loss of sales revenue incurred by any exhibitor.
There are a very limited number of booth spaces with electricity available for this show. An additional $125 plus HST (total $141.25CDN) fee applies. Requirements must be booked with Artfest no later than June 1, 2024.
The following may be rented through us depending supplier availability. Deadline for a guaranteed order is May 15, 4pm however availability is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.
Accomodations must be arranged by the Exhibitor directly with the provider. Below is a list of some of the providers in proximity to the festival site:
