We are reminded that City Park, the location of Artfest Kingston, is situated on the ancestral and continuing unceded territory of the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples.

We acknowledge that this land is steeped in rich Indigenous history.  We are grateful to be able to share this natural setting for our festival and we respect the connection of nature to art and one's well being as is exemplified within Indigenous cultures. We recognize our shared history and love of art and nature and we strive to create an honest, open, and inclusive experience for all.
